House Rules

1) Eligibility

• Men-Only, 21+. A valid government-issued ID is required at check-in.
• Only registered guests may stay overnight. Room occupancy limits must be respected.
• We reserve the right to refuse entry or service for any violation of house rules or inappropriate behavior.

2) Check-In / Check-Out

• Check-in: As indicated in your booking confirmation. Check-out: Before the posted time.
• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.
• Self check-in instructions are provided after booking confirmation when available.

3) Booking, Payments & Cancellation

• Bookings are guaranteed with a valid payment method. Deposits or prepayments may apply.
• Cancellation policies follow the terms of your specific rate or channel confirmation.
• Incidental or damage charges may be applied to your payment method or deposit if necessary.

4) Pool & Common Areas

• Heated saltwater pool available. Please observe posted hours and rules.
• Separate pool towels are provided. No glassware is allowed near the pool area.
• Clothing-optional permitted in designated zones. Respect the privacy and comfort of all guests.

5) Visitors

• Visitors are allowed only with prior approval and registration.
• Unregistered overnight guests are not permitted. Hosts may limit visitors for safety or occupancy reasons.

6) Smoking / Vaping / Substances

• No smoking or vaping indoors. Use designated outdoor smoking areas and ashtrays.
• Cleaning or deodorization fees may apply for violations.

7) Noise & Quiet Hours

• Please respect posted quiet hours. Parties or events are not allowed without prior consent.
• Repeated noise complaints may result in eviction without refund.

8) Damages, Loss & Cleaning

• Report any damages immediately. Lost keys, cards, or excessive mess may result in charges.
• Standard cleaning is included; excessive cleaning or special removal will be billed separately.

9) Safety & Liability

• Keep doors and gates closed at all times. Use safes or lockers when available.
• Weapons or hazardous materials are strictly prohibited.
• The property is not responsible for loss or injury due to negligence or rule violations.

10) Pets

• Subject to each room’s pet policy. Fees or deposits may apply. Leash required in common areas.

11) Parking

• Park only in designated areas. Display parking passes if provided.

12) Agreement & Acceptance

By confirming your booking, you acknowledge and agree to these House Rules and the full Renter Agreement of Garden of Manors. In the event of any discrepancy, the Renter Agreement shall prevail.
