Eligibility & occupancy
- Garden of Manors is marketed and operated as an adult men-only guesthouse for guests age 21 or older, subject to applicable law.
- Only registered occupants may stay overnight. Do not exceed the capacity in your confirmation or room rules without prior written approval.
- The primary guest is responsible for everyone admitted by that guest.
Check-in & access
- Standard check-in begins at 3:00 p.m. and standard check-out is 11:00 a.m., unless your confirmation or written approval states otherwise.
- Follow the access instructions for your assigned room, safeguard keys or access devices and return physical keys when required.
Respect, privacy & consent
- Harassment, threats, violence, unwanted touching, excessive noise, disruptive conduct and illegal activity are prohibited.
- Clothing-optional areas do not imply consent to contact, photography, recording or sexual activity.
- Do not photograph or record another person in a private or clothing-optional setting without express permission.
Quiet hours & shared spaces
- Quiet hours are 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
- Keep rooms and shared areas reasonably clean, use a towel on shared furniture in clothing-optional areas and keep exits and walkways clear.
Pool & amenities
- Use the heated saltwater pool, garden and outdoor amenities safely. No lifeguard is on duty unless expressly stated.
- No glass or hazardous objects near the pool. Do not introduce soap, oils, chemicals or other contaminants.
Smoking, fire & safety
- Smoking is permitted only where the assigned room rules or designated property areas allow it.
- Use proper receptacles. Open flames and tampering with smoke detectors, locks, security, internet, pool or safety equipment are prohibited.
Animals
- Pets are not permitted.
- Service animals are accommodated when required by applicable law and must remain under control.
Room-specific conditions
- Visitors, bathroom arrangements, parking, smoking locations, keys, access and other room-specific conditions are governed by the assigned room rules.
- A specific room rule controls over a general property rule unless mandatory law or binding booking-channel terms require otherwise.
